Registration Rates

The registration package includes 4 nights bed and breakfast accommodation (standard twin bedded room) at the Corfu Holiday Palace Hotel; daily refreshment and lunch breaks, all evening meals including welcome reception, conference dinner; access to all programme sessions, oral and poster sessions and exhibition.

Additionally, several travel awards will be awarded for student and postdoctoral attendees. Criteria and details to be announced.

Catering and social events

The conference package includes:

  • 2 refreshment breaks per day.
  • 4 buffet lunches from Monday 29 September – Thursday 2 October.
  • Welcome reception on Sunday 28 September with canapes and hors d’oeuvres plus some wine, beer, soft drinks or mineral water taking place in La Veranda Restaurant overlooking Mouse Island and the Ionian Sea.
  • 2 buffet dinners on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 September to include soft drinks and a glass of wine or beer.
  • Conference dinner on Wednesday 1 October poolside BBQ buffet, bottled wine, beers, soft drinks and mineral water.
Accommodation

Bedrooms are standard double rooms consisting of bedroom and a bathroom with a shower or bath.
